A vaccination schedule that isn't tied to one vet
Set each vaccine to its real interval and get an advance alert with time to book. Because the rabies certificate lives in the reminder as an attachment, you can pull it up at the counter and show it on the spot — no logging into a clinic portal you don't remember the password to.
How to set it up
- Open the Groups tab and create a group per pet — Bella, Max — or a single Pet Care group.
- Add a reminder for each item — Rabies vaccine, Annual wellness exam, Flea & tick, Heartworm, Bordetella (if you board).
- Open a reminder, tap Edit, and under Schedules set the interval — every 1 or 3 years for rabies (match your certificate), yearly for boosters, monthly for preventives.
- Add advance alert offsets — 30 and 7 days before — so you can get a vet appointment before anything lapses.
- Under Documents, attach the rabies certificate and vaccination history. They open with iOS Quick Look at the boarding desk, on-device, even without a signal.
- Add a note with your vet's phone number, your pet's microchip number, and any medication doses. Notes are searchable.
